Founding partner of NWL Solicitors with over 20 years of experience in dealing with wide range of high profile commercial investors and property companies, complex commercial property transactions, investments, landlord & tenant matters, large scale portfolio acquisitions, disposals and refinances. He has particular expertise in investment acquisitions and disposals, bank financing and leasing work.
Spyridon Leoussis
Spyridon is experienced in a wide variety of legal disciplines. He has supervised the development of NWL’s Litigation and Wills & Probate departments. His areas of particular expertise are Litigation and Property.
Jayshree Patel
Having joined the practice in 2019 Jayshree brings with her over 20 years of experience in dealing with a varied range of commercial real estate work.
This includes acquisitions and disposals of property be it for investment, development or owner occupation.
She advises on landlord and tenant issues including new lease acquisitions, lease renewals and leasehold management matters.
In addition to her commercial practice she also advises on residential property matters.
Salman Bilgrami
Salman joined the firm in September 2018 and has a number of years of experience in the property sector. He currently advises on all aspects of residential property transactions, refinance matters, commercial leases and residential lease extensions. Prior to joining NWL Solicitors, Salman spent 5 years at a top 100 UK Law Firm in which his experience covered a number of large multi-million pound portfolio and retail park disposals, commercial leases, commercial property refinance transactions, residential plot sales, residential lease extensions and Landlord and Tenant matters.
Naiem Abdelrahman
Naiem possesses 25 years of extensive experience in all areas of immigration law including Visas, EEA Applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain/Settlement, Appeals and Divorce.
JR Applications as well as Family Law with a considerable success rate for all applications.
